OS X on Linux PC
There are many people working really hard to run os x on no-mac computers: the osx86project, a company who is selling pre-installed os x in PC hardware, or a company that just announced to sell usb dongles which boots EFI.
Some people guess that the only reason that apple isn’t suing these companies for their commercial activities dealing with os x on PC, is that they will sell the next version of os x (10.6 aka snow leopard) for PC themselves.
But meanwhile you can try a virtualization software that also can emulate a mac environment. I haven’t tried it myself, because my hardware is already a mac (well, could try it via bootcamp just for fun), but i would be really interested in any experiences with this software:
