Free Dictionary for your Mobile Phone
I’ve always been looking for a free dictionary which I could use on my cell phone. I must have been entering the wrong keywords in google for a long time, because there are serveral, as you could expect. So I tried two of them yet:
and
I could really test the first one, because the text i completely unreadable on my k610i, but this could be due to the theme I currently use.

What both have in common is that they are free. And free means relly free. If you donload the software it comes along with the dictionaries. There are other progs which always need a internet, GPRS,… whatever… connection to search for the words in a online database.
These don’t! The other thing is, that you can customize which dictionaries you wan’t to install, so you can save some space, if you don’t have a big sd-card in your mobile.
And: Its Java. So nearly every mobile should run it…
the cool thing for openmobiledictionary is, that it searchs for the word you are looking for in all dictionaries at hte same time. So you donÄt have to switch back and forth between the different languages and even can find some simalarities in the languages.
So let your 300-pages-PONS at home on your next sight seeing tour
