Building 3D models from video

Australian Centre for Visual Technologies developed VideoTrace, a system for interactively generating realistic 3D models of objects from video—models that might be inserted into a video game, a simulation environment, or another video sequence.

  1. Hey Frank! That’s awesome! Just a few weeks ago I discovered “Mocha” by imageneer systems where this technology is now available for the post production video software market.
